Lime Green Halter Top/Dress

Lime green Victoria's Secret mini halter dress. Would be a great swim suit cover up or could be worn as a long tunic top. Halter straps are attached to gold rings in the front for added detail. Has a bra shelf lining on the inside. The band on the front is 1.25" wide and 19" from the bottom of the band to the hem.
