Lime Green with Blue Floral Print Skirt

This is a beautiful lime green dressy skirt with a lovely blue floral print. The flowers look like they were painted in watercolor. The shear floral piece is 28 1/2 inches and the knit piece under that is 24 inches. It's a size small made out of polyester. The waist is elastic so all you have to do it's pull it up to put it on.
