Lime green (not neon) dress

Muted lime green mini dress that can be dressed up with a pair of heels or down with flip flops. Has small run hole under on of the ruffle layers, but it can only be seen if you lift the ruffle up and look for it (shown in picture). This dress will make you want to salsa dance💃!
