Lime peel

All citrus peels are very high in vitamin C and is full of tart and tangy flavor. Dried lime tea is used for stomach problems, indigestion, and nausea. Use in marinades and rubs. The dried lime peel can also be added to lemonade and tea for flavor. Grind up peels in food processor and use in stews, soups, smoothies, cakes, and meats.
