It's a super beautiful limited piece by Civil Regime. Thick hood has 2 layers of fabric. Beautiful tie dye in a soft pink and purple. Beautiful embellishments in a white flower. It also has drawstrings and a kangaroo pocket. I did was this item. Only ever tried on. Never really worn because I had planned to go outside more and just don't.
