Limited Emerald Green Dress/Tunic

Awesome Limited dress/tunic, with a twisted collar!!! It's a rich emerald green color, and can be worn with or without the belt as a dress or tunic!!! I've made it look elegant with pumps, and I've also tied the belt and made it look like a tunic with boots! Really fun!
