Limited Too Halter Black Cream Floral/Polka Dot Dress

Vintage Limited Too Tag has been taken out cause it was itchy. Great used condition! Only worn once or twice. Small stain as seen in picture but not noticeable when wearing. Don't remember exactly size of dress so included measurements. Size is likely either 7, 8, 9. Back panel is stretchy so fit is adjustable!
