Although it is not from the 1920s, it does look like it would be a dress from that era. It is a y2k dress so still has those retro vibes. It's from 2007 from Limited Too. It is a size 14 in girls so that would be a size XS or S in womens. No stains or noticeable damages Has a stretchy back from armpit to armpit it is about 19" Length is above the knee
