Limited flowy skirt

Black and white with subtle tulip swirl skirt. Black ribbon trim around waist. Light, gauzy fabric. Two sheer layers together - I never used a slip but some may prefer one. It’s beautiful. Pairs wonderfully with an oversized sweater on top or with a T-shirt tucked in. Can be glammed up for a night out or worn to work. Just lovely.
