I am sooooo bad - Just saw this note - and it is an exceptional jacket....Neck to Hem:23" - Arm: 22" - Chest - 19" _ does not close so this would be up to you as to chest fit....If the arms are short, mine are (I am petite), trending just pushing them up these days! A little dressy so perfect for holiday events....Truly NEVER worn! I will do $50 if it works for you and free shipping....Let me know - Best, Ellen
