Line + Dot Blue Maxi size xsmall

Size xsmall, fits like a small. There is a under slip that hits above the knee, it is not full length, which makes the dress very moveable and blows in the wind as you walk- making you look like a goddess! The straps are adjustable to make lower or higher as you please. It is long, I’m 5-3” and wear heals with it. Can be hemmed. Excellent used condition! My lighting doesn’t do it justice!
