powellhouse @bethjc95 Hi Beth! Please excuse the delay in answering you. The strap on this So Pretty bag is almost 11”. It fits very comfortably on the shoulder-straps are study with nice stitching but comfy to wear. It’s really a perfect size I think. My daughter gave me another very similar. I had bought this one and didn’t carry it for a while and then couldn’t take it back-ugh! Happy to help further 😊
