Very unique item. At first glance, this appears to be a faux wrap skirt as there is a fabric panel across the front and a second across the back. On second glance, these are culottes, split skirt, gauchos, shorts. Whatever you want to call them. Fully lined. Waist is 16” unstretched and 19” stretched. Length from waist to bottom hem is 27.5”. Wear day or evening. Very comfortable and attractive.
