Cotton Spandex. There is only a little stretch to fabric. There are zippers along all edges of jacket and it is a button front jacket. Zippers are designs. To the touch it feels like a medium weight cotton. Both pieces are lined. Jacket: 23" long. 20" pit to pit. Skirt is almost 16" side to side and 24" long with a zip slit on the bottom back. This is a medium or darker olive green like color. It is darker than it looks on my monitor. This set is pre owned and lightly worn. sm3781 shar 172
