Lined Dress/Top with Velvet Burnout

So pretty! Green vine pattern on black semi-sheer fabric with black velvet burnout flowers all over it. It could be a swing top if you’re tall, or a dress if you’re not. Or either, really! In EUC with no pets, no smoking, and no known flaws. Not sized, but it seems to be a large to me, which I wear.
