Lined girls dress - 4

I purchased this dress at JCPenney last fall for my daughter who wanted to be Cindy Lou Who from Dr. Seuss for Halloween. This is super stretchy, and can easily be dressed up for a special event. And if you have a Cindy-lover, all you have to do is add a fancy collar. We got so many compliments on this, and I can't believe how perfect it was for the event. I ship every 2 days.
