Lined tunic jacket

Fully lined tunic. The exterior is 97% cotton, 3% spandex, the lining is Polyester. The zipper is two-way, you can unzip it from the top and the bottom. 3/4 length sleeves. It is a size 4 but I believe it runs large, I would call it a women's medium. The back length is 31" and the circumference at the bust is approximately 38". The bust of the model is 32". White background with yellow, royal blue, and black circles. Machine washable, it has been worn once.
