This beautiful piece can be worn as a shirt or jacket. The florals have beading on them. It has shoulder pads which can easily removed. It is 23 inches across front between underarms and the length is 24 inches down front from shoulder to bottom of garment Sleeves are 17.5 inches from shoulder to bottom of cuff. I believe this is a vintage piece
