teely2796 @harryganoe it has elastic and a drawstring. If I stretch it to full capacity it’s 20”, the rise is 9”

teely2796 @harryganoe sorry I just saw this. They should fit, but not a relaxed fit. They are also a perfect length for me and I am 5’5” so I wanted to add that. If you are ok with a snugger fit I will be happy to mail them today, but if not I can refund you. They are linen and rayon so there isn’t going to be much give. I would say they are more of a smaller sized L. I want you to be happy. Let me know what you decide.

harryganoe @teely2796 That’s so kind of you. I basically wear a size 12 to 14. 14 is sometimes too big and 12 is a bit snug or fits. Could you measure the thigh across the front , and the hips across the front. That will tell me a lot , cause I can just double what you send. Thank you for your kindness. I just refunded a person their money as they made a mistake. Wish others were like this. I love those pants!! Lol

teely2796 @harryganoe the hips are 22” across and the thigh is 11” across both measurements while lying flat. Remember they are a 9” rise so they are a mid rise, not high. The inseam is 30”.

teely2796 @harryganoe I know what it’s like to wind up with something that you truly loved in the picture, but doesn’t work for you when you get it. It’s not only disappointing, it’s a waste of money. I try to be as transparent as possible. I’m not really making any money on these items so I would prefer the buyer to be happy.
