nbc24 @lauracolin This is petite size 0. Im 5’4. The length is around 30.” My waist is 26” and hips are 38.” The time I bought this, my hips were around 34.” According to Express’s size chart. Size 0 will fit 24.5-25.5” waist and 35.5-36.5” hips
