@emahegberg The elastic is medium stiff, I would say it will be uncomfortable but manageable for anyone with a waist of 33+ inches.

@helloyaelo 21.5 inches across at the widest point. But it's linen so it'll stretch a bit (but this pant doesn't sag, speaking from experience)
