@metalparrot I'm so sorry I'm terribly late to reply. I missed the notification. For reference, I'm 5'7", have 40" inch hips and a 29" waist and its tight. The skirt has enough stretch to get on, but I haven't worn it out in many years. And I was easily a few inches smaller when I did.
