Pleated schoolgirl skirts never go out of fashion because they work with every look from preppy, punk, and gothic witch students, or playtime fun. This skirt was purchased at Retail Slùt in Hollywood, CA on Melrose in 2002 but it was too big for me so it has sat in my closet. It is in like-new condition and has no snags or rips.
