Thicker material, no real stretch. It's gorgeous and has such a beautiful sheen. Cross pattern throughout in black over a brown deep chocolate with black laced ruffles. Accent buckles. Zip and button closure. Bottom hem has been shortened so it's perfect for shorter people or an excellent high low for taller. 14.5 high waist, 17.5 hip. Front is 33 long, back 39. Sides are 30.
