Lip service Rare, super cool vintage vinyl dress - hot topic circa 2000 made USA

This dress is killer. I am the original owner and wore it to a Tulsa music awards show around 2000. I donned it a couple of additional times for Halloween and what not, but it’s been in my closet ever since and I’d love to have someone else love it the way I did. 🖤 Vinyl, black dress. Boned corset. Dress a lining so you won’t be sticky on the inside. 😂 features a train with metal bustle hardware. Originally purchased from Hot Topic, when Hot Topic was new and awesome. 😎 made in USA, so that’s cool. Size tag says Medium. I was probably around a size 8-10 when I wore it. Approximate measurements: Bust 15.5” Waist 14.5” Hip - corset bottom is 15” then flared Length 57.5 (additional 8” on train) Flare (front) - 45” Has very, very mimimal flaws. Some white pinpoint specs on the back, and a few places where the vinyl is tired. Overall in excellent condition and ready to make someone happy! From a smoke-free, currently pet-free home.
