Best-selling nclex-RN study book! Gently used Lippincott’s Q&A review for NCLEX-RN exam. Eleventh edition, lots of very helpful info and practice tests. Over 6,000 questions, with detailed answers and rationale. Cover says there is a Cd-rom included but this is MISSING. No CD-rom with book. See photos, one rip on title page and a small amount of highlighting on a few pages. Mostly untouched. 1148 pages, a great help for preparing for your nursing exam!
