Lipservice Blacklist Off the Shoulder Midi Dress

This is actually a reposh from a trade I did when I was brand new to PM, just under 2 yrs ago now. I love this dress but, it's too big for me in a cupl diff places. The dress is in EUC. No stains, snags, holes, etc. Size: L. 100%Acetate+100%Nylon. No stretch. There was a black tulle attachment that zipped onto the bottom of the dress, according to the previous owner, but its been lost. I like it better w/out myself.
