melissamaltese3 @santex51 it's a clean edge, yes it's a high low hem, with a little pouf (in pic) on the butt. It's a flowy sort of hem, not flat if that makes sense.

melissamaltese3 @santex51 it's 14 inches flat, 16 stretched. it's an elastic waist. It does sit low, but I guess it depends on your body type.
