Lipstik Shoes "Matra" Black Lycra Sock Boots

The cutest/baddest Lycra bootie out there! Forms to your ankle really nicely (I have skinny ankles and they fit perfectly but they also stretch for the perfect fit. I purchased these on Peppermayo and received them today but they're a bit too tall for my liking. I was looking for more of a casual boot. They're labeled as a size 9 but they fit a size 7.5-8.5 better!
