Lipsy Long floor length 14USA Formal Dress with textured cutout design, stretchy

Beautiful deep blue with black cutout detailing and see through mesh at chest and back. Very stretchy material. This was stitched along both sides at hip area to give a more form fit, but can easily be undone to add several inches to the dress if needing it bigger at waist, hip and butt/thigh area. The back is a bit longer then front. there is a little wear on material but when on doesn’t show. Very classy modest and elegant! measurements: Pit to pit: 19.5”, stretched- 24” waist: 16.5”, stretched- 21” (way more if you remove the side stitching) hips: 20”, stretched- 24” (way more if you remove the side stitching) total length from top of shoulder to bottom: front:58”, back: 60” measurements are approximate.
