Lisa Marie Fernandez Blue and White Striped Square-Neck Mini Dress Size 1 which is a small but think this would fit up to a size 6 due to the cut. Cotton-blend - 99% cotton, 1% polyester. Great as a beach cover-up or breezy dress. Can be worn with or without included tie belt. Bell sleeve. Very small hole in front along a pleat near neckline. It’s not very noticeable due to the pleating but please see photos.
