kawaiivirus @supergirl55 hello! thank you for your interest. the skirt has an elastic waistband. when stretched out the max waist is 32 inches. (for reference, not stretched out it is 27 inches.) the skirt is technically “free size” in japan meaning it fits all, but i labeled it as size s to be safe. please let me know if you have any other questions : )
