Little Bird By Jools Oliver 4-5Y Red Striped Peter Pan Collar Dress

This beautiful dress features a red and white striped print throughout. It has a white Peter Pan collar and white cuffs on the sleeves. It has a vertical red line down the front center with three navy blue decorative buttons.
