This fitted but stretchy dress is lined and has adjustable straps with tiny embroidered cherries on it. I cut the inside tag out with the size because it was scratchy- but it is a junior's size 9, it runs a little small/short so it would fit a junior size 7 Flat measurements- Under Bust 15" (but stretches to 17"") Length from center bow to hem 20"
