Little Black Dress

Black with cream/beige details at the bottom of dress and on collar. Chiffon like material. Has a belt to tighten around waste. Worn a couple times to work. Would be cute to go on a date or dress up at work. Very flowy and comfortable! I am 5’3” and this rests above the knees.
