Strapless, Blingy Rhinestones and Sequins, Chiffon Fabric. Layers, padded top and boning. Hanger straps in tact. A line Empire waist. This lovely dress was worn for about an hour and a half at my wedding. It has a corset back which makes the size go up or down. I also have a pair of Hot Tomato Strappy Shoes that was worn with this for the same amount of time, listed. This is not branded. Worn by my daughter. It would be great for pageant, homecoming or prom. Fits size 2 to 4! Lined in layers with a chiffon outside skirt. One piece. It would also be easy to remove the back panel if you want skin to show.
