Super cute fully-lined, scoop neck party dress. Fits true to size (Love 21) but not much stretch through the waist. One of Forever's more solidly constructed pieces. Looks super cute dressed up with tights and heels. Like new condition. Please excuse the ugly bathroom pic--it's the only one I had from when this dress fit. It makes your waist look tiny!

alessaelizabeth @saltyhope it's 37.5" long from shoulder to hem. It does hit a few inches above my knee and I'm 5'5". Hope this helps!
