Little Black Dress - the Strapless Bubble Dress

Such a cute item. Cinches in where it should and bubbles out on the bottom (and hides the tummy) to create a flattering, cute look without being over-the-top dressy. 3" above knee on 5' 4". Perfect for a fancy event or date night without looking like you tried too hard ;) It has slight normal wear but is hardly noticeable. Zip line closure, polyester, AND machine washable. The only reason I'm selling it is because it has gotten too tight at the bust. Recommended for < 27.5" waist, < 34 DD.
