Little Black Dress with Flare

Black empire waisted dress with black and white embroidered top. Small rhinestones line the top of the front of the dress and there are pockets on the sides. Back has horizontal cut outs connected down the middle with zipper. Back hem is longer than front hem but not drastically. Great for any event that needs a little dressing up.
