Little Black Dress w/jeweled neckline XS

No fancy accessories required with this gorgeous little dress. Built in crystals at neck line. There is no actual size tag, but it’s definitely a petite, narrow garment. After comparing it to my other dresses, I’d say it’s an extra small or zero. 25 inches from chest to hem.
