This dress is in excellent used condition, possibly a vintage early Y2K era dress. It has an attached petticoat layer for skirt volume and a touch of black mesh netting material that shows at the hem. It is a solid black rayon polyester & spandex blend material with a sheer pink ribbon with rosette blossom details attached at the waist. The dress has thin spaghetti straps in a pink satin material and a hidden zipper in back. Perfect for that 1950's vibe at a wedding, party, or dance.
