Iris Brand, Size Medium Black Cocktail dress. Lace sleeves with halter neck. Mid Open Back, black and silver buttons posterior neck. Lycra cotton blend, body con fit. Worn once. I'm 5'9 150lbs 36 DD bust, so I would consider this dress a midi, perfect fit on me and actually comfortable! Perfect length in my opinion, not too short not too long. The lace on your shoulders adds a little dress up value to it.
