Little Black Midi Dress with Cutout

NWOT black midi dress with a cutout in the back coming a bit into the front waist area, very flattering! It a heavier neoprene type of material and holds its shape well. I got it somewhere in Florida ages ago and have never worn it. Size small, I’d say it runs a little big as a small. I have lots of other listings, feel free to bundle and make an offer!
