The dress measures 24.5" from top of bodice to hem and is sophisticated yet flirty and perfect for a cocktail party, NYE, or any night out! It can be worn with any type of heel in a warm climate and looks great with black stockings/tights, pumps, and a leather jacket when it's cold.
