luluvsclothes @arielhsu2812 Hi thank you so much for stopping by. The dress is a heavy weight fabric stretch- not thin and flimsy. It's 95%polyester 5% spandex. The top half of the dress is doubled layered (bust and back). This is a nice weight not see through at all.

luluvsclothes Measurements - tough to measure a stretchy dress with a plunging V neckline front and back and flare skirt. It is a perfect 12. Length measured side seam under the arm 39". Hip measurement approximately 39". Bust - fits 38C but again plunging neckline. Hope this helps. Sorry can be more exact with this dress.
