Little Black and Tan ruffle dress

This dress was worn once, it is a tailored fit, fully lined. Hits right above the knee. Cap sleeves. Good structure to the dress. There are two little imperfections on the bottom of the dress on the ruffle, pictured. They were there when I bought the dress
