I removed the ruffle as a preference. I didn’t do as clean a job on the collar as I’d have liked but still a darling dress. Please review all photos as there are a few pintucks in the collar, not noticeable when wearing imo. As this is an altered dress no returns/refunds/sold as is Has never been worn, just rotating my wardrobe. Excellent condition Ptp is 20” My home is lightly scented. Please do not buy if that's something that bothers you. All items are sold in pre-owned and pre-loved condition unless otherwise stated. As such, you can expect signs of normal wear.
