irishdreamer22 I actually measured again it is 21 (stretched) inches from shoulder to hem. I must have mixed measurements with another listing. I apologize to all for the confusion.

irishdreamer22 @jordanponder577 hi! The tag says 4T. I included a picture of the tag. Armpit to armpit measures 13 inches. Length is 21 inches from top of shoulder to hem of skirt. Hope that helps.
