The top portion of the dress has a design that looks like fireworks 🎇 The top portion of the dress is extremely comfortable material that feels like bamboo material (tan on the inside skirt part of the dress lists the material as polyester). This has the perfect amount of bounce/twirl in the skirt and has a very comfortable feel with full lining, making this the perfect pretend play dress.
