Excellent condition. From Instagram/small shop, Little Lotus Co. tag reads size 2/3T. This is such an adorable Peplum! Neck snaps in back for ease getting on/off. Cute with Bloomers or Jeans (both options lm in photos). So sad we’ve outgrown this one.
